Position Overview

We're seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to join our Vancouver office. In this role, you'll manage relationships with enterprise clients using our secure payment platform, ensuring successful transactions and client satisfaction. This position offers unique opportunities to work with clients around the globe, building international relationships and gaining exposure to diverse markets and business cultures.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage and grow relationships with enterprise-level clients, including platforms, merchants, and marketplaces
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Guide clients through the transaction process and platform usage
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with transaction requirements
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients across different time zones and markets

Required Qualifications :

  • 2-3 years of experience in Enterprise Account Management or similar role
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication abilities (written and verbal)
  • Experience working with enterprise clients
  • Proven track record of meeting business targets
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Nice-to-Have Qualifications :

  • Experience in FinTech or financial services industry
  • Understanding of secure payment solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
