Job description

A typical day :

  • Full cycle Accounts Receivable and collections
  • Create and distribute invoices according to company practices
  • Payment processing and allocation
  • Generate regular accounts receivable reports for management
  • Administer and enforce credit and collections policies and procedures
  • Foster positive relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries promptly, and resolving payment-related issues effectively

Successful candidates will have :

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office package (i.e. Outlook, Word and Excel)
  • Must currently live in Victoria and be available full time hours Monday to Friday 8 : 30am to 4 : 30pm
  • Experience with Sage 300 and ability to quickly learn internal computerized systems
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Associate degree in a relevant field (finance, accounting, business); bachelor’s degree in accounting strongly preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a related position
  • Superior attention to detail and ability to accurately enter and update files, resolve discrepancies, and prepare reports and spreadsheets
  • Total rewards :

  • 50000.00 - $55000.00 annually
