Job description
A typical day :
Full cycle Accounts Receivable and collections
Create and distribute invoices according to company practices
Payment processing and allocation
Generate regular accounts receivable reports for management
Administer and enforce credit and collections policies and procedures
Foster positive relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries promptly, and resolving payment-related issues effectively
Successful candidates will have :
Proficiency with Microsoft Office package (i.e. Outlook, Word and Excel)
Must currently live in Victoria and be available full time hours Monday to Friday 8 : 30am to 4 : 30pm
Experience with Sage 300 and ability to quickly learn internal computerized systems
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Associate degree in a relevant field (finance, accounting, business); bachelor’s degree in accounting strongly preferred
Minimum of 3 years experience in a related position
Superior attention to detail and ability to accurately enter and update files, resolve discrepancies, and prepare reports and spreadsheets
Total rewards :
50000.00 - $55000.00 annually
