National Sales Manager - Residential
Requirements
- 7-10+ years residential sales management experience
- Possess advanced knowledge of Salesforce will be considered a strong asset
- Possess other computer skills including advanced skills using Microsoft Office Suite
- Solid understanding of the residential, building envelop, roofing, construction industry
- Proven leadership skills
- Ability to travel, have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record, valid passport
- Strong data-oriented mindset with strong analytical, reporting and critical thinking skills
- Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints, and to effectively use electronic software and systems (Salesforce, ERP, etc.
to quote, sell and order products for customers
- Excellent communication skills and confidence
- Adaptability to market changes and trends
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge
- Excellent communication skills in English, verbal and written
- Bilingual in French (considered a nice to have)

- Requires flexible extended working hours
- Travelling across Canada
