WHAT YOU'LL DO :

• Gather and analyze financial information;
• Participate in the preparation of financial statements;
• Participate in the construction of the annual budget and monthly forecasts;
• Evaluate financial and operational risk factors;
• Produce forecasts, financial analyses and reports required for strategic decision-making;
• Analyze divisional results with managers and answer their financial questions;
• Analyze the company by studying its earnings, growth prospects, financial situation, estimated value of assets with a view to advising the Director of Finance in decision-making;
• Updates and improves performance reports and identifies discrepancies between actual and forecast;
• Evaluates the profitability of company projects;
• Studies management methods, development strategies, and the economic and social environment of the company and its sector;
• Produces financial statements in accordance with GAAP;
• Works closely with the Finance Director to perform any other related tasks assigned.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN YOU :

• A minimum of 5 years experience in accounting;
• Bilingualism (French and English);
• In-depth knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office;
• Thoroughness, ability to analyze and synthesize are desirable personality traits.
