Weekend Concierge (12am-8am)

Join Our Team as a Weekend Concierge!

We are seeking a dependable and professional Weekend Concierge to our this dynamic role you will provide exceptional customer service respond to client needs and ensure smooth daily operations.

Key duties & responsibilities :

• Resident Service : Assist residents with various needs such as package handling key management and information inquiries.
• Security Oversight : Monitor and control access to the property ensuring the safety and well being of residents.
• Vendor Coordination : Facilitate communication with service providers and contractors for maintenance or repairs within the property.
• Event Planning : Organize and coordinate community events or gathering to foster a sense of community among residents.
• Administrative Support : Handle administrative tasks such as managing reservation maintaining records and assisting with resident communications.
• Emergency response : Be prepared to respond to emergencies alerting appropriate authorities and guiding residents in safety protocols.
• Building maintenance : Report and coordinate minor maintenance issues and liaise with property management for resolution.
• Information Resource : Act as a knowledge resource for residents regarding local services amenities and community policies.
• Communication Liaison : Facilitate effective communication between residents property management and other relevant parties.

Shift Timings : 12 am - 8 am

Salary : $22 per hour
