What you’ll do :
- Utilize risk and compliance assessment processes to evaluate risk management and control systems at local Co-ops and FCL locations to enhance asset protection awareness.
- Identify risks, evaluate the degree of risk, and develop solutions to mitigate those risks in the areas of internal & external crime, losses due to human error, physical security, and incident & emergency response.
- Provide feedback in the form of a comprehensive report to the management of the facilities to validate current programs and present additional opportunities for risk improvement.
- Assist with the support of the asset protection strategy and in the creation of guidelines, procedures, and policies, to help local Co-ops develop their own internal asset protection programs and standardize Co-operative Retailing System (CRS) asset protection practices.
- Communicate, educate and encourage local Co-op senior management teams to adopt proposed FCL asset protection programs at their location and work with FCL location management teams to implement such programs.

You will work closely with local Co-ops and FCL team members on Asset Protection programs and investigations and will report into the Asset Protection Manager.

Who you are :
You are looking for a career in Risk Management and :
- Have 3 6 years of experience.
- Have a bachelor’s degree (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
- Have a designation relating to asset protection or risk management would be considered an asset.
