HOME HELPERS HOME CARE OFFERS :
I worked at Home Helpers of Bourbonnais for 5 years and it was by far the best job I’ve had. The owner is very invested in her business and truly cares about her staff and clients. The office staff is very professional and does a great job managing. As a caregiver you can have as many or as few hours as you wish. Schedules do change but that’s only when the clients need changed. I also had an updated care plan for every client and I was able to assist with making sure that my clients had the best care as my shift ended. Supervisors are not at every client’s house all the time but they are very involved and always reachable.
