Safety first - An organizational culture focused on the safety and well-being of our employees.At SMS Equipment , our Service and Sales Coordinator are responsible for answer telephone calls and greet visitors, as well as provide administrative support to the Service and Sales Departments.
The wage for this role is between $45 000 to $60 000, depending on years of experience.
Your role :
Manage the invoicing process, from the opening to the closing of work orders.Prepare time sheets for the Service.Prepare order for suppliersPrepare warrantee claims for the service department.Plan, coordinate and prioritize with the Service Supervisor the preparation of equipment sold, in accordance with established procedures.Assist Sales Representatives and customers throughout the equipment sales process, from quotation to delivery.Maintain the WIP (work in process) according to company standards.Other duties as assigned.What you bring :
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar positionDiploma of College Studies or professional in administration or equivalent relevant experience.Skilled in customer service; self-starter and detail-orientedExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe PDF.)Join SMS Equipment and experience a career where the right partnership makes everything possible.
