Primary Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, texts, and emails from clients and direct them correctly
• Keep the reception and waiting areas clean, organized, and welcoming
• Greet walk-in visitors and guide them to the appropriate team member, booking appointments for later where neccesary
• Process client payments, review and accept incoming e-transfers, basic cash handling and deposits
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including packages and courier deliveries
• Preparation of Registered Letters as directed
• Manage callbacks for all departments according to their specific procedures
• Manage / traige incoming emails to the reception inbox
• Reconcile batches including e-transfer summaries, cheques and debit payments received over 1-2 days
• Enter leads from client calls, quote emails and monoline emails for sales teams
• Adherence to all company health and safety policies
• Perform all other related duties as assigned with a high level of professionalism
