This role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining technical infrastructure including desktops, laptops, printers, RF guns, and macOS devices. You will act as the primary IT liaison for problem resolution, vendor coordination, and system upgrades, ensuring timely and effective solutions for end users.You’ll manage tickets, respond to requests, and enforce IT policies while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
