Treatment Services

  • Perform laser hair removal treatments safely and effectively (training provided if needed)
  • Perform professional facials, tailored to client needs
  • Provide relaxation facial massage as part of facial treatments
  • Perform skin consultations and recommend appropriate treatments and home care

Client Experience & Customer Service

  • Greet clients warmly and maintain a professional, welcoming environment
  • Deliver excellent customer service and ensure client comfort at all times
  • Educate clients on treatment plans, skincare routines, and G21 Skincare products
  • Maintain confidentiality and client trust

    • Front Desk & Administrative Duties

  • Manage client bookings and appointment scheduling (in-person and phone / email)
  • Process payments and handle transactions professionally
  • Respond to client inquiries (in-person, phone, email, social media if required)
  • Keep accurate client records and treatment notes

    • Clinic Maintenance & Hygiene

  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms and equipment
  • Restock treatment supplies and retail shelves as needed
  • Follow clinic protocols and infection control procedures
  • Ensure the clinic is presentable and organized at all times

    • Professional Development

  • Attend any training or staff meetings as required
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new treatments, and product knowledge
  • Maintain required certifications and compliance with clinic policies

    • Qualifications

  • Experience in Hair Removal and Laser treatments
  • Customer Service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately
  • Certification or training in Laser Technology or Aesthetics is a plus
  • Knowledge of skincare and beauty treatments is beneficial
