Candidates who have previously succeeded in a PM-02 Interpretation Officer competition will automatically move to phase two and are exempt from screening questions. Located in the beautiful Kingston region, this historic site is nestled in an urban setting along the scenic St. Lawrence River, perfectly situated between Toronto, Montreal, and Ottawa. The site offers enriching day-use experiences, featuring interpretation of complex and meaningful stories, the diverse voices of Confederation, and stunning historic grounds and gardens. As part of our visitor services team, you will join a caring and collaborative group dedicated to creating memorable experiences for all guests. The successful candidate will demonstrate tact, empathy, and exceptional interpersonal skills to respond to inquiries from a wide range of visitors while working cooperatively with colleagues. We are seeking an engaged leader with a strong commitment to client service and interpretation, passionate about delivering inclusive and impactful visitor experiences.
