About the role : Ramp Agent
In this position, you will coordinate all activities related to aircraft loading and unloading , supervise cargo handlers, and provide operational and personnel support. You will also ensure compliance with FedEx procedures by preparing and processing Canadian customs paperwork and maintaining GSE and W&B certifications.
You will work Tuesday to Saturday, 03 : 45–10 : 30, and must be able to lift up to 70 lbs and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment. Your understanding of FedEx products, features of service, and loading / unloading procedures will be essential to success in this role.

Requirements / Skills
High school diploma or educational equivalentSix months experience / training in jet aircraft ground support equipment (GSE) or aircraft operationsProficiency in MS Word and ExcelKnowledge of FAMIS, COSMOS, e-mail , and FedEx intranet systems (preferred)Ability to prepare and process Canadian customs paperworkCompletion of basic training and maintenance of accreditation (GSE administrator / operator permit, DG Specialist, W&B certification)Ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipmentValid driver’s license with a good driving recordExcellent human relations, customer relations, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to multitask, handle stress, and work in a highly pressured environmentWillingness to be flexible with schedules and holidaysRCMP assessment clearance requiredHow to Apply
