We are seeking a hands-on ServiceNow ITOM Specialist to lead the configuration and implementation of Configuration Management capabilities while supporting IT Asset Management and Event Management within a complex enterprise environment.

This role requires deep technical expertise in ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB design, and infrastructure troubleshooting across on-premises environments. The successful candidate will ensure strong CMDB governance, CSDM alignment, and overall data integrity.

Duration - 6 months plus extension

This hands-on ServiceNow ITOM Specialist role in Yokohama focuses on configuring and implementing Configuration Management, and supporting IT Asset Management, and Event Management.

Must Haves

Strong on-prem discovery expertise across network, infrastructure, storage with experience in discovering orchestrated environments.

• Experience in Mid Server deployment, configuration, and various discovery patterns.

• Strong understanding of CI class, CI modelling, categorization, and CI management

• Experienced in establishing CSDM aligned relationships ensuring data quality with CMDB.

• Strong troubleshooting skills across Network, Infrastructure, Storage discovery issues, and CDMB health are essential.
