Job description

Tasks

  • Responding to customer enquiries (by phone, email, and in person).
  • Filling out purchase orders based on received requests.
  • Tracking orders for pickup or shipping.
  • Using the SAP system.
  • Ensuring parts warranty for replacement.
  • Assisting with receiving merchandise for storage.
  • Aiding customers with technical issues.
  • Taking continuous training to become an expert in the field of air conditioning and heating.
  • Performing any other related duties requested by the immediate supervisor.

    • Job requirements

  • Fluency in French and English.
  • Knowledge of construction, renovation, and air conditioning.
  • At least two years of experience in the air conditioning industry or a related field.
  • At least one year of customer service experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Knowledge of SAP (an asset).
  • DVS in Refrigeration or degree in Building Mechanics (an asset).
  • Access to a vehicle (an asset).
