Technical writers work with internal and external organizations to develop, plan, and write / edit internal and external technical documentation. Work requires use of the appropriate editorial / logical methodologies and process management. Writers must ensure that documentation is written in a manner that customers with limited to highly proficient technical product knowledge can understand and use the material.

Candidates must possess a strong technical aptitude to grasp complex technologies. Domain knowledge in the area of energy management and industrial automation is a huge plus. Candidates must have  excellent  written and spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities :

• Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including release notes and online help.
• Author and maintain product integration guides with third- party apps.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering teams, and other SMEs throughout the product development lifecycle to gather information and understand product features and functionality.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and easy-to-understand language.
• Proactively identify documentation needs and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage multiple documentation requests simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and priorities.
