Your Key Responsibilities

• Undertake detailed studies, modeling, and design tasks on a wide variety of water resources projects from planning and conceptual design through preliminary / detailed design, implementation, and operational support.
• Lead stormwater, sanitary, and potable water components for projects in a dynamic design team setting.
• Develop hydrologic / hydraulic models to support floodplain analysis, design of flood mitigation measures, culvert and storm sewer network assessment, low‑impact development practices, and preparation of drainage and stormwater management design briefs and master plans.
• Coordinate with senior engineers, modellers, and project leaders to ensure project needs and priorities are met.
• Plan and execute field investigations for drainage infrastructure assessments and designs.
• Prepare technical reports, proposals, and other documentation for clients, review agencies, and the public.
• Mentor junior technical staff and review work for high accuracy.

Education and Experience

Typical office environment : working with computers and remaining seated for long periods of time. Hybrid option is available.

Pay Transparency

In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible. Actual compensation for part‑time roles will be pro‑rated based on the agreed number of working hours per week.
