Senior Analyst

THE ROLE :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join a dynamic and collaborative finance team. In this role, you will take ownership of key financial processes, including budgeting, monthly reporting, and supporting the organization through audits. YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE :

• Professional accounting designation (CPA or equivalent)
• Proven experience in budgeting and financial planning
• Full-cycle accounting expertise
• Strong understanding of audit processes
• Proficiency with accounting software; experience with Financial Edge is an asset
• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with stakeholders
• Non-profit sector experience is a plus
