Job descriptionClean and sanitize all areas of the restaurant, including dining areas, kitchen, restrooms, and entryways. Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to remove debris and ensure all surfaces are spotless. Empty trash bins, replace liners, and ensure waste is disposed of according to guidelines. Wipe down tables, chairs, countertops, and high-touch surfaces using approved cleaning products. Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, appliances, and countertops. Disinfect restrooms, restock supplies, and ensure overall cleanliness and hygiene. Check for spills, stains, and grime, and handle them efficiently. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning supplies. Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor immediately.
