Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Chef specializing in Middle Eastern Cuisine at Ella Middle Eastern restaurant & lounge in Milton, ON. The role involves overseeing kitchen operations, creating menus, training staff, and ensuring high-quality food production.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in culinary arts, particularly Middle Eastern cuisine
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage a team
• Creativity in menu development and food presentation
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills to interact with staff and customers
• Certification from a culinary school or equivalent experience
