Mississaugua Golf & Country Club (MGCC) one of Canadas premier private all-season golf & country club is seeking a Head Tennis Professional. Our Golf Course is ranked in the Top 50 in Canada by SCOREGolf magazine and in the Top 1000 in the world in the Rolex Guide
The Club has played host to numerous premier events 2025 CPKC Womens Open six Canadian Opens (and 1931) 2016 World Junior Girls the Royale Cup Canadian Womens Amateur Championship (1998) the Canadian Mens Amateur Championship (2006) and the 2001 Canada Senior Open a PGA Champions Tour event
MGCC features four premium clay tennis courts and three indoor pickleball courts which are available for use during the spring and summer seasons
Curling operates a vibrant winter program with more than 450 member games each week. The program offers season long training and learning opportunities for members at all levels including clinics and structured instruction
The Club hosts five invitational bonspiels annually attracting strong participation from both members and guests
Mississaugua has served as host for several provincial curling championships in recent seasons reflecting the strength of the program and the quality of the facility
In recent years the Club received the prestigious Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary Certification in recognition of our commitment to conserving natural resources and protecting the environment

Position Summary
Head Tennis Professional is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the Clubs seasonal Tennis Program and its operations. This is a seasonal position with an anticipated duration of approximately nine (9) months aligned with the Clubs active tennis season. Responsibilities include the administration of programs special events court bookings and member relationship building while ensuring staff are engaged and effectively managed. Head Tennis Professional partners with the Tennis Committee to deliver on the departments goals for the season. This role is instrumental in providing first class enjoyable programs for juniors and adults recreational tournament players social to competitive players and beginners to experienced players.

Mississauga Golf and Country Club is committed to fair transparent and competitive compensation in accordance with Ontario pay transparency requirements.
Base Salary
The salary range for this position is $75000 to $80000 annually commensurate with qualifications experience and demonstrated expertise.
Variable and Incentive Compensation
In addition to base salary the Head Tennis Professional is eligible for the following performance-linked earnings:
