The Opportunity :
We are looking for a H&S Supervisor to lead the charge in maintaining top-notch safety standards on our client’s high-rise projects.
In this role you will collaborate closely with project owners and contractors to develop innovative safety plans and protocols, fostering a culture of openness and vigilance.
What You’ll Be Doing :
- Conduct toolbox talks and develop safety plans.
- Support site managers and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Review contractor safety programs and address violations.
- Identify and mitigate safety risks on job sites.
- Conduct regular safety training and review safety reports.
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective measures.
What You’ll Need To Be Successful :
- 4+ years of construction safety experience with General Contractor in Highrise or midrise construction.
- Deep knowledge of safety regulations and local laws.
- Strong leadership experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Positive and proactive attitude.
- Collaborative and team oriented.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Attention to detail and safety consciousness.
- Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety or related field.
