What Youll Be Doing

• Own and lead the end-to-end people strategy for different business units acting as the single point of accountability for all HRBP matters.
• Translate global BU strategy into a workforce plan ensuring alignment across talent structure capability culture and cost.
• Act as the primary HR advisor to business units providing strategic counsel on organizational design talent strategy succession planning performance management and workforce optimization.
• Proactively identify organizational risks and opportunities; recommend and implement solutions aligned to business outcomes.
• Serve as a thought partner to BU leaders on scaling teams enabling productivity and building high-performance cultures
• Partner closely with the General Manager VPs Directors and senior technical leaders to shape org design leadership capability and operating effectiveness.
• Serve as the trusted advisor and coach to leadership providing candid counsel data-driven insights and pragmatic solutions.

What Were Looking For

Education:
Bachelors degree in human resources Business Organizational Development or related field; masters degree preferred.

Experience

• 10 years of progressive HR experience including 5 years in a Senior HR Business Partner or HR leadership role.
• Proven experience partnering with executive leaders in complex global technology-driven organizations.
• Strong background in organizational design workforce planning succession and leadership development.

Salary Range:

The base salary range for this position is $175000$225000 CAD. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience skills and line with our commitment to being a great place to work Lumentum offers competitive total rewards which may include annual bonus equity and comprehensive health and welfare benefits.
