Cloud Migration Architect

Infotek Consulting is searching for an accomplished GCP Cloud Migration Architect to work on a hybrid contract assignment based in Toronto :

• 15 years progressive experience in solutions architecture with an engineering background
• 5 years of experience in Capital Markets / Wholesale banking environment at a large FI (can be front or back office)
• 5 years GCP Cloud migration and cloud native experience

Experience In Capital Markets Any Of The Following :

Global Markets Trading

Capital and Investment Banking

Prime Services

E-Trading

Global Transaction Banking

Market and Credit Risk

Demonstrable experience in the design of large-scale risk engines, both batch and intraday, serving multiple regions

An understanding of valuation and risk measures. An understanding of data dimensionality for different risk measures

Experience in building reporting solutions for stakeholders (FO, Market Risk Management…)

An understanding of trade lifecycle and trade modelling for risk analytics

An understanding of market data lifecycle (curve rolls, bootstrapping) and modelling for risk analytics

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

Certification in TOGAF 9 or 10;

Financial experience and capital markets experience.

Proficiency and Certification in GCP and GKE or Azure.
