Overview
As a Route Sales Representative at Frito Lay Canada, your main accountabilities are : (1) selling and developing the business, and (2) servicing customers through delivery and merchandising. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a growing snack foods business with an assigned group of retail customers, such as grocery, gas, and convenience stores.

Responsibilities
Managing product placement on shelves, increasing shelf facings and racks, handling carton returns, inventory movement, and cleaning shelving and racksMonitoring customer needs by reviewing top-selling products regularlyGrowing assigned accounts in sales volume, market share, product distribution, space allocation, and customer serviceExecuting promotions, soliciting placement of marketing equipment, displays, racks, and selling product inventory based on customer demandManaging inventory to ensure balanced accounts and fresh products for customersQualifications
Valid full G or Class 5 driver’s licenseReliable access to a vehicle and a clean driving recordFlexible work schedule, including weekends and holidaysPrevious sales experience in consumer-packaged goods or retail preferredStrong organizational skills to handle multiple priorities, solve problems, and meet targetsWhy work at PepsiCo
