As an Operations Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of operations in the Brampton area. You will lead a team of dedicated individuals, overseeing day-to-day operations and inventory, optimizing processes, and driving performance excellence.

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and motivate a team of operations staff to achieve operational goals and targets.
- Ensure the efficient execution of production schedules, inventory management, and quality control processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
- Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the CPG industry.Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on driving results.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and experience with continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with ERP systems.
