Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the CPG industry. Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on driving results. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and experience with continuous improvement methodologies is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with ERP systems.
As an Operations Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of operations in the Brampton area. You will lead a team of dedicated individuals, overseeing day-to-day operations and inventory, optimizing processes, and driving performance excellence.

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and motivate a team of operations staff to achieve operational goals and targets.
- Ensure the efficient execution of production schedules, inventory management, and quality control processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
- Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
