Location: (On Site) – London, ON
Hours: Mon-Fri – 8:00am-4:30pm - (40 hours/wk.)
Salary: $60K-$85K

Summary:
In this role, you will act as a knowledge resource to other company locations needing mechanical/technical assistance with escalated issues dealing with company products. You will be required to troubleshoot problems and provide solutions in compliance with company regulations.

Responsibilities & Functions:

• Provide technical assistance and repair support to servicing dealers.
• Deliver technical support to sales and internal support teams.
• Guide dealers on warranty eligibility and repair procedures.
• Review and adjudicate dealer warranty claims.
• Analyze and repair critical product failures, provide end-user technical support, maintain accurate activity logs and reporting, and perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Fluently bilingual – English/French – Spoken and Written.
• Degree or certification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related trade.
• Minimum of 3 years in electrical/mechanical sales, technical support, or service management.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to quickly gather, analyze, and share information effectively.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and connected digital collaboration environments.
