Receptionist

Our busy client in Sherwood Park is currently seeking a Receptionist to join their outgoing team for a contract opportunity.

Position Overview : We are currently seeking a highly organized and self-sufficient Receptionist. As the first point of contact for the company, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

Responsibilities :

• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
• Order office supplies.
• Track incoming paperwork.
• Create PO’s for building and administrative services.
• Ad hoc duties as requested.
