Senior Project Manager Highways (Northern Ontario)

Overview

The Senior Project Manager - Highways will provide senior level technical direction mentor and support junior to intermediate staff contribute to management initiatives and serve as a key contact with clients. Experience in a Project Management role with the Ministry of Transportation Ontario (MTO) is addition liaising with regulatory agencies networking with other professionals and new business development.

Your role

• Manage Highway Design projects in Ontario leading a team of engineers designers other disciplines & consultants to meet MTO requirements.
• Maintain project budgets schedules risk registers.
• Communications with project team client staff and project stakeholders.
• Lead technical proposals for highway design pursuits and similar transportation engineering work.
• Ensure all deliverables meet client requirements and all applicable standards codes and regulations.
• Maintain required quality system standards and procedures.
• Embrace and actively support behaviour-based workplace health and safety policies.

Expected compensation for this role is between Pay Range $120000 - $160000 annually (Only Applicable to Ontario). Base salaries are determined according to several parameters like skills experience and potential impact on the role. Internal and external competitiveness are also taken into account in our offers.
