HVAC & Gas Technician Canadian Forces Base in Thunder Bay

The HVAC & Gas Technician reporting to the Account Director is responsible for implementing and documenting an effective preventive maintenance program that maintains all systems in a good working condition at the Canadian Forces Base in Thunder Bay.

Your work will include :

• Maintaining Chillers Cooling Towers RTU AHU Gas and air conditioning units
• Maintenance of commercial kitchen equipment including filter changes and coil cleaning
• Replacing belts pulleys bearings pump seals and associated assemblies combustion test balancing and adjusting.
• Responding to reactive maintenance calls to equipment
• Participate in educational programs in-service training and attend meeting as required
• Communicate the work status with the client groups via central call center within the time frame given in response time policy
