Nvira is looking for a dynamic, ambitious, and passionate expert ready to engage in a stimulating and innovative adventure! Our Environment business line is seeking a Technical Director to elevate our environmental business unit to new heights.

The responsibilities of this role include :

• Ensure technical oversight and quality control of deliverables submitted to clients by the team.
• Train team members (new and existing) on technical aspects.
• Collaborate with current leaders to ensure sound technical management and contribute technically to projects.
• Work closely with internal partners to improve production process efficiency and quality through the creation of technical training, manuals, etc.
• Ensure all practices and processes comply with current regulations and standards.
• Take charge of complex projects or provide support to the unit as needed, and mentor experts requesting guidance.
• Participate in reviewing deliverables to identify mentoring opportunities, process improvements, quality audits, and ensure timely delivery.
