Skyward Family Practice is a modern, patient‑centred family medicine clinic located in Mississauga, serving a diverse and growing community. We are committed to delivering high‑quality, compassionate primary care with a strong focus on continuity, access, and community health.

We are currently seeking a Family Physician to join our collaborative and supportive clinical team.

The Role

As a Family Physician at Skyward Family Practice, you will provide comprehensive primary care services, including:

• Longitudinal family medicine and preventive care
• Management of acute and chronic conditions
• Addressing urgent and community health needs
• Health promotion, screening, and patient education
• Collaboration with a multidisciplinary healthcare team

Flexible scheduling options are available, including part‑time and full‑time arrangements.

Qualifications

• Eligible for independent or provisional registration with the CPSO
• Certified in Family Medicine / General Practice (MD/CCFP/MRCGP or equivalent)
• Strong clinical foundation in primary care and urgent care scenarios
• Excellent communication, clinical judgment, and decision‑making skills
• Experience with EMRs and interest in team‑based care
• Telemedicine experience is an asset, but not required
