Some specifics…

  • Answer inbound calls and answer general questions
  • Answer customer emails and website messages
  • Investigate order concerns and find solutions that balance the needs of the business and the customer
  • Work with the e-commerce team to resolve customer issues
  • Use discretionary judgment regarding customer orders and concerns.
  • Maintain a positive brand image for Veradek while interacting with customers, vendors or retailers.
  • Provide price quotes and take customer orders
  • Update information and basic reports in Excel
  • Five Day Work Week 8 : 00 am – 4 : 00 pm with some hours on weekends during busy season

  • Ability to handle escalated customer concerns while remaining calm and professional.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Quickbooks and Gorgias or related CRM software would be considered an asset.
