Insurance Account Representative:

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide Home, Auto, and Life Insurance solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Hold value‑driven conversations with new and existing clients.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, and conduct proactive outreach.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in billing, claims, and policy inquiries.
  • Prepare quotes, close sales, and guide clients through coverage decisions.
  • Support agency marketing initiatives and achieve monthly production goals.
  • Build strong relationships with local dealerships, realtors, brokers, and referral partners.

Day in the Life:

No two days are exactly the same, but here’s the rhythm you can expect:

  • 30% conversations with current clients — reviewing coverage, uncovering needs, and identifying opportunities to protect what matters most.
  • 25% intentional outbound sales calls to warm leads, existing clients, and referral partners.
  • 20% crafting solutions and guiding clients through their choices, and completing follow‑ups.
  • 15% administrative tasks, documentation, follow-ups and collaborating with your team.
  • 10% daily personal development through programs like IGNITE, coaching sessions, and continuous skill-building.

Sales experience (inside sales, retail, call centre, telemarketing, etc.) is preferred but not required — we hire for attitude, potential, and work ethic.

Licensing:

  • General Insurance Level 1 and Life/A&S are an asset.
  • If unlicensed, we pay for licensing courses for the right candidate and sponsor you.

  • Starting Base salary: $45,000
  • 6–12 month training allowance up to $7500
  • Uncapped commissions & bonuses
  • On‑target earnings: $65,000–$90,000+
  • Top performers earn $100,000+
