The Role :

As the Shop Foreperson, you’ll be the go-to person for running the daily operations. You’ll make sure everything’s running smoothly, from scheduling repairs to keeping the shop organized and safe. Got leadership skills and heavy-duty truck know-how? Perfect! You’ll lead, train, and support a team of techs who count on you to get the job done right. Plus, you’ll work alongside service writers to keep our customers happy and in the loop.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of awesome technicians
• Keep the workflow smooth and fast with smart scheduling
• Dive in with your technical skills to help diagnose and repair trucks
• Communicate like a pro with customers and service writers
• Review and finalize repair orders to make sure everything’s top-notch
• Keep the shop safe, organized, and ready for action
• Implement new maintenance procedures and keep the quality sky-high
• Help your team grow with training and continuous learning
