MatchBox Consulting Group is currently seeking a Workday Security, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) and Reporting Contractor for a part time 17.5 hours per week (10 Month Contract role) at a public sector client of ours located in Victoria. This role is fully remote anywhere across Canada.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Review, document and audit security groups within the Workday application, including domain security policies, roles, and role assignments
Provide recommendations for best practice security setup for the organization
Configure, update and maintain security within the Workday application
Develop and manage required EIBs to support data integration and automation of processes
Collaborate with HR teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions (reports and EIBs)
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday security, EIBs and reports
Provide training and support to end-users on Workday security and EIB functionalities
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have :
Strong understanding of Workday security configuration, management, and best practices
Strong knowledge of Workday Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
Proficiency in developing and managing EIB integrations
Proficiency in creating calculated field and advanced reports
Proficiency in updating business processes and condition rules
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred :
Experience with Workday HCM and other Workday modules
Previous experience working in a similar contractor role
Workday certification is a plus
