Logistics Support Specialist

Join a global leader in household appliances as a Logistics support specialist! This is an exciting 12-month contract opportunity for a motivated professional with experience in B2B logistics and operations, particularly within the consumer goods sector.

Location: Ville Saint-Laurent, QC
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2 days in-office, 3 days remote)
Compensation: $28 to $32 per hour

Responsibilities
- Process and route orders efficiently (EDI/Retailer portals).
- Maintain accurate inventory and manage open-order files proactively.
- Ensure high on-time delivery by resolving routing and compliance issues promptly through collaboration with the Sales team.
- Collaborate with Sales to review results and drive continuous improvement.
- Identify, escalate, and propose solutions for deductions and dispute claims.


Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in logistics and B2B operations.
- Fluent English (essential for communication with US offices) and intermediate French.
- Proficient in Excel (intermediate).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
