Job Summary :
The Marketing and Communications Proposal Manager supports the engineering teams and will play a key role to ensure that proposals are accurate, well-written and communicates the company's strengths and capabilities. The manager will work closely with principles, engineers and the marketing team to prepare compelling proposals performing an array of marketing duties including the preparation of Project Sheets, Project Resumes, Credential Packages; and assisting with the preparation of proposals and marketing materials based on input from the Project Managers. In this role, you will :
- Lead and collaborate with the Marketing team on proposals.
- Improve processes across business units.
- Update credential packages, create and update marketing materials.
- Conduct proofreading of proposals to identify and correct grammatical errors, typos, and formatting inconsistencies.
- Ensure adherence to established style guides, branding guidelines, and standards.
- Put together printed materials for presentation to clients.
- Engage marketing communications and social media.
- Initiate communication for company achievements.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Skills / abilities :
3+ years’ experience in a similar role.Diploma or Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or equivalent experience.Knowledge of InDesign.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.Highly effective project management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills to meet deadlines.High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office.Works well under pressure and enjoys fast-paced dynamic environment.Top-Tier Benefits We are proud to offer a robust Total Rewards package that has been tailored to help each member of our team thrive.
