Principale Fonctions et Responsabilites :

Créer et maintenir les dossiers des patients dans le CRM en sassurant que linformation documentée est exacte et mise à jour régulièrement

Exécuter des tâches administratives essentielles à la progression des patients à travers le Programme

Assurer lintégrité des données

Agir en tant que liaison entre les autres membres de léquipe

Soccuper des télécopies (entrant / sortant) de manière appropriée et en temps opportun

Organiser lhoraire de travail pour compléter les heures de travail dans plusieurs fuseaux horaires

Étiqueter et joindre les documents au CRM

Capacité à couvrir différents quarts de travail

Fonctions ad hoc telles quattribuées

6 Month Contract

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Create and maintain patient records in the CRM by ensuring information documented are accurate and updated regularly
• Execute administrative tasks critical to the progression of patients through the Program
• Ensure data integrity
• Act as a liaise between other members of the team
• Handling faxes (incoming / outgoing) accordingly and timely
• Organize work schedule to complement working hours in multiple time zones
• Labeling and attaching documents to the CRM
• Ability to cover various shifts
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

Experience et Niveau dEducation Requis :

Excellentes compétences en informatique

Minimum de 2 ans dexpérience dans un rôle administratif ou de saisie de données similaire

Expérience avec le logiciel SalesForce (ou expérience avec un système de CRM) est un atout

Expérience avec le logiciel de télécopie ( MyFax o u Right Fax) un atout

Diplôme détudes secondaires ou scolarité postsecondaire préféré

Formation professionnelle technique ou combinaison équivalente dexpérience et de formation .

2 ans dexpérience directement reliée .

COMPÉTENCES CONNAISSANCES ET APTITUDES REQUISES :

Connaissance de la terminologie médicale est un atout

Capacité à travailler de façon autonome

Capacité à fournir une assistance aux membres de léquipe pendant les périodes de charge de travail accrue

Capacité à reconnaître et à questionner des données anormales et dintensifier le travail à faire si nécessaire

Capacité de prévoir et dajuster lhoraire et ajuster la charge de travail

Solides compétences analytiques

Compétences interpersonnelles et de leadership efficaces

Sens de lorganisation; souci du détail

Capacité à respecter systématiquement les échéances; Compétences en gestion du temps et capacité à établir les priorités

Excellentes aptitudes de résolution de problèmes; capacité à résoudre les problèmes avec efficacité et efficience

Connaissance de Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint et dautres programmes Office

Aptitude à communiquer efficacement en anglais et en français (oral et écrit) pour les provinces du Québec et du Nouveau-Brunswick

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS :

MINIMUM SKILLS KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS :

The successful candidate may have daily contacts with unilingual English-speaking customers patients or peers from cross-functional teams.
