ABOUT THE POSITION
Plan and direct all HR services, programs, policies, and best practices to support the organization’s strategic goals.
Supervise administrative team and conduct performance reviews.
Develop learning and development plans.
Performance management.
Act as the first point of contact for team members on all matters relating to HR.
Manage and maintain the HR budget.
Employee engagement initiatives.
Supports recruitment efforts.
Maintains a high level of confidentiality.
Design, develop and implement student recruitment programs.
Develops the Associate professional development program.
THE REQUIREMENTS
4+ years of experience in Human Resources at a Business Partner level or above.
Post secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources.
CPHR designation.
Industry experience in professional services is required, legal industry experience is preferred.
Strong communication and able to build relationships and trust.
Must be able to manage confidential information.
Prior experience managing a team.
Experience managing student recruitment programs.
COMPENSATION
Annual salary range $100,000 – $140,000 depending on experience. Comprehensive benefits and 3 weeks vacation to start.
