Your responsibilities : - Prepare tax returns for Canadian and U.S. entities, ensuring compliance withcompliance with tax rules and deadlines in each country;- Prepare tax forms such as T1134, CDC, T4A, T106, etc., for corporations, taking into accountvariations between provincial and state jurisdictions;- Collect and analyze financial data for tax purposes;- Analyze and interpret current tax legislation;- Update our tax tracking systems;- Perform various administrative and organizational tasks - general correspondence andfiling.- Support the management and application of indirect taxes for Canadian and foreign entities.entities and, as such, produce indirect tax reports for designated tax authoritiesauthorities;- Support the preparation of files, communication and negotiation with tax authoritiesfor tax audits;- Support the preparation of internal tax-related memoranda;- Support design efforts aimed at proposing improvements to policies and proceduresprocedures related to the application of tax laws;- Act as point of contact for the entire group for all tax-related matters.Your profile : - Degree or certificate in accounting or related field;- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience related to the responsibilities described;- Experience in an accounting firm;- Knowledge of US taxation, an asset;- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel;- Excellent attention to detail;- Demonstrate good overall vision and strong analytical skills;- Excellent management of priorities, deadlines and time;- Ability to adapt to change and build positive interpersonal relationships- Attention to detail;- Concern for confidentiality;- Bilingualism (in this position you will be communicating with companiesand in Quebec)
