Senior Program Manager – QE Transformation

Base pay range : CA$65.00 / hr – CA$70.00 / hr

Location : Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada

The Program Manager, QE Transformation will lead lululemon’s multi‑year transformation program to elevate Quality Engineering (QE). This individual is accountable for planning, governance, execution, and benefits realization across two integrated tracks of work :

Managed QE Service Enablement & Operations

Embed and operationalize the managed QE service, including vendor onboarding, service delivery, ways of working, and SLAs / OLAs.
Drive continuous improvement, financial management, and measurable value realization.

QE Transformation

Accelerate test automation adoption and maturity; enable AI solutions for QE; deliver metrics and reporting.

Institutionalize shift‑left and continuous testing practices across the software delivery lifecycle.

Must Haves :

8–12+ years in program management or delivery leadership, with direct experience in Quality Engineering transformation programs

Quality Engineering technical fluency : test strategies, test data management, CI / CD integration, and automation patterns

Proven track record implementing managed services (vendor selection, onboarding, SLAs, performance, and continuous improvement)

Experience delivering programs that introduce AI‑driven strategies or capabilities is a bonus

Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
