Description

We are looking for a foreman to lead crews on high end residential projects.

We build the foundation and frames of high end residential homes. The team must be familiar with building walls, foundations, doing joists, trusses and hand cut roofs.

This person will be managing a crew of 3-5 people on a 3 million dollar or more on a single-family home. This person will have to communicate with the builder, owner and engineers. You will be expected to be on the tools, delegating tasks and mentoring the team. You will be reading blueprints, doing material lists, scheduling, and filling out safety documents.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading a team of 4+ people
• 5+ years of experience in framing an concrete
• Experience working on homes between $3-10 million in value.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Port Coquitlam, BC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00 / hr.

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Port Coquitlam,BC.
