Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Balzac, AB. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with partners and clients, and driving sales growth. Daily tasks include market research, analyzing business trends, developing strategies for business expansion, and collaborating with teams to achieve targets. The role also involves meeting with prospects, negotiating and closing deals, and maintaining positive relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Sales and business development skills, including lead generation, prospect management, and deal closing
• Proficiency in market research, competitive analysis, and strategy development
• Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to achieving organizational goals
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects effectively
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the apparel or teamwear industry is a plus
