Mission

I am looking for a chief accountant for a construction group located in Sainte-Sophie.

In collaboration with the President, your tasks will be to:
- Complete the accounting cycle for accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Produce GST/QST and other government remittances
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Complete month-ends and year-ends
- Produce, analyze and present financial statements
- Perform accounting analyses in terms of profitability, variances and variances
- Perform project accounting
- Participate in budget preparation and monitoring
- Intercompany management
- Implement process improvements and internal controls
- Other related tasks

Your profile

What we are looking for:
- DEC, DEP or BAC in accounting
- Experience in accounting or related field
- Bilingualism: French and English (Asset)
- Dynamic
- Proactive
- Versatile
- More than 5 years' experience in the accounting field

What we are offering:
- A salary between 65k and 90k depending on experience
- A flexible schedule of 40 hours per week
