The Company offers end-to-end managed services technology and consulting to enable the digital workplace for enterprise midsize and small business since 1987 Client provides Managed Workplace Services including IT solutions and hardware and software resale integration and support services and has numerous partnerships within the technology space such as HP IBM Cisco Dell Apple Inc Jamf Pro AirWatch and Microsoft.

Position: Help Desk Support Technician

Location: Mississauga ON L4W 0B3

Duration: 3 Months

Job Type: Temporary Assignment

Work Type: Onsite

Job Description:

Provides support to end users on a variety of issues.
Identifies researches and resolves technical problems.
Responds to telephone calls email and personnel requests for technical support.
Documents tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
May require an associates degree in a related area and entry level to 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts practices and procedures within a particular field.
Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
May involve use of problem management databases and help desk system.
Works under immediate supervision.
Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.

Job Outline:

Password resets Troubleshoot hardware and software issues VPN Citrix and Microsoft cloud application support Media channels are voice chat and email.
Service Now and Genesys application are used
