Office Customer Service Representative

This role involves processing orders, coordinating with internal departments, maintaining schedules, handling invoicing and payments, and supporting marketing and administrative tasks.

• Assist customers in person, by phone, and by email
• Process all incoming orders and ensure they reach the correct departments
• Order raw materials from vendors and maintain accurate schedules
• Use Simply Accounting to invoice orders and post payments
• Assist with designing and distributing monthly marketing materials
• Perform bank deposits
• Back up computer and server systems as required

Qualifications

• Previous office experience, preferably with Excel, Word, and Simply Accounting
• Experience with computer artwork or graphic design is an asset
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
