Position : Electrician
Shift : Night Shift
Pay : $38 to $45 per hour + Shift Premium
Location : Toronto
Job Functions :
- Perform preventative maintenance according to specifications, and instructions of Maintenance Management.
- Perform maintenance and repairs on production equipment, the building, and all of its components.
- Design and build electrical panels for machinery.
- Design and build electrical circuits to improve the performance of equipment and machinery.
Specific skills requirements :
- Industrial Electrician license.
- Minimum 3 years local experience in Canada
Required skills :
- Troubleshooting skills for Electrical & Mechanical problems
- Understanding of electrical circuitry
- Knowledge of PLCs, maintenance shop machinery, and electronics
- Knowledge of building wiring and CSA codes as it applies to an Industrial establishment.
- Must be able to lift and move heavy machinery.
- Ability to work at heights, heat, cold, and within guidelines of Occupational Health & Safety.
