Concrete Pump Operator
Job Responsibilities
Calculate concrete pump capacities as per job requirements
Operate mobile concrete pump safely and efficiently
Perform pre-operational inspections before each shift
Load, unload, and transport construction materials
Drive mobile concrete pump to multiple client locations
Clean, lubricate, and maintain concrete pump equipment
Carry out routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
Follow safety regulations and site-specific procedures
Handle heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks
Work at various construction sites across Saskatchewan
Requirements
Requirements
Education: No formal education required
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience operating a mobile concrete pump
Prior concrete industry experience is an advantage
Licensing & Medical
Valid Driver’s License – Class 3A or eligibility to obtain one
Proof of medical fitness and vision test clearance required
Work Conditions & Physical Capabilities
Fast-paced and pressure-driven work environment
Physically demanding role with repetitive tasks
Handling heavy loads (up to 23 kg / 50 lbs)
Requires manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and attention to detail
Outdoor work in hot, cold, dusty, noisy, and hazardous conditions
Work at heights and in confined construction areas
English language proficiency required
