Title : Assistant Account Manager (Home and Auto Insurance)

Location : Work from Home (Anywhere in Canada)

Responsibilities

  • Issue certificates, prepare applications, and navigate the insurance marketplace to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Maintain client files meticulously, update policy information, and perform policy checks with accuracy.
  • Handle tasks such as running MVRs, drafting cover letters, and processing online endorsements, demonstrating attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of insurance experience.
  • RIBO certification is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and ability to work independently are essential.
